Turkmenistan has changed the rules of registration of lease of state property

The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan has made important changes in the procedure of registration of lease agreements for state property. Now the procedure of registration of contracts, amendments to them and extension of terms became chargeable for all tenants, except for state institutions and enterprises.
