On June 24, 2025, a round table dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s cooperation with the Asian Development Bank was held in the premises of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The round table was attended by the relevant Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, heads of profile ministries and agencies of the country, banking institutions, a representative delegation of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) headed by the Vice President of ADB for South, Central and West Asia Yang Yingming, as well as experts in the field of economics and development.

During the round table, the participants were informed about new projects of Turkmenistan with ADB. In addition, the roundtable participants discussed the prospects of partnership between Turkmenistan and ADB, including in such areas as financing of infrastructure projects, private sector support, human capital development and sustainable development.
