During the talks, which were attended by authorized representatives of the relevant structures of both countries, the parties discussed strategic areas for establishing and developing mutually beneficial cooperation with leading German companies in transport, logistics, innovative technologies, and the modernization of port infrastructure.

During the meeting, the Turkmen side delivered a comprehensive presentation on the operational and technical activities of its departmental structures and the international transit capacity of the port, reaffirming its full readiness to expand effective cooperation with foreign partners. In turn, representatives of the Eastern Committee of German Economy noted that the visit was organized at the invitation of the Turkmen side and highlighted the immense potential for deepening economic partnership, underscoring this with statistical data showing a 12 percent increase in bilateral trade turnover recently.

During the negotiations, representatives of leading German companies, such as "RHENUS", "BENNING", "ETERNITY", "ZEPPELIN", and "EDISON TECHNOLOGIES", presented specific project proposals. In particular, the parties discussed proposals to intensify container shipping in the region, provide the port infrastructure with sustainable power supply, and supply battery equipment for heavy cargo handling machinery. Furthermore, they exchanged experience in the technical maintenance and repair of "Caterpillar" engines installed on vessels of the national fleet, the installation of new equipment, and the construction of modern yachts.

In the concluding part of the meeting, the parties emphasized the significance of transporting transit cargo flows originating from the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Uzbekistan towards Europe through the logistics corridors of Turkmenistan, noting that this would create favorable conditions to further increase transit cargo turnover. For its part, the Turkmen side expressed its full readiness to address all inquiries of interest to the German business community and to arrange regular consultations with the relevant specialists of the port.
